About Askari Bank Limited:
Founded on October 9, 1991, as a Public Limited Company, Askari Bank obtained its license, s.27 of Banking Companies Ordinance, 1962 from State Bank of Pakistan on 13 February 1992. It is said that Mr. Saeed Haider Bhatti had issued the license. Moving on, in June 2013, the bank acquired by the Fauji Foundation, turning it into a fully commercial and retail bank.
